Beta, trial, and product evaluation terms for early clinic access.

Beta access

Founding Clinic or beta access is reviewed manually. Trial installer access is provided only after separate confirmation.

No automatic billing

The pilot period does not automatically convert into paid billing. Paid use proceeds only after separate quote, invoice, payment link, or agreement.

Not medical advice

VVAURA VISION supports clinic photo records and workflow management. It does not replace professional medical judgment.

Scope changes

New features, payment automation, download gating, patient portals, or certification claims must be separately scoped and approved before implementation.

Evaluation and access rules

The website is intended for beta inquiry, product review, and controlled trial access. It should not be read as an automatic purchase, automatic renewal, medical advice, or certification statement.

Trial access

Trial installer access is provided after clinic review. The clinic may be asked to confirm setup mode, number of PCs, NAS requirements, and role responsibilities.

Paid conversion

No paid conversion occurs automatically. Subscription, NAS package, installer access, or support fees require separate confirmation, invoice, payment link, or agreement.

Use limitations

The app supports clinic photo records and workflow management. It does not diagnose disease, select treatment, or replace professional clinical judgment.

Future scope

Payment automation, patient portals, public upload, formal certification wording, and new product modules require separate review before launch.
